26 Bite-size chunks.

The Fish Story is number 7.

Today it's timely reminder.

Members of Parliament who haven't already done so should watch the complete film before they vote on Britain's future.

  1. I shall be very surprised if it all goes through as it is.

    1. I'll check with bookmaker Paddy Power. He's my expert! I expect him to agree with you.

The full movie describes the secretive 'workings' of the EU, how it was set up and how the unelected elites are the ones who benefit.

  2. EU fishing regulations have been an absolute disgrace, and now it looks as if they'll try to hang on to them. One really has to wonder what 'Brexit' means.

    1. In WWII grandad's brother and his crew of 6 were bombed out of their coaster for fetching food from Lincolnshire to the North-East and shot to pieces in the sea while trying to swim to shore. Some people on the beach saw it happen. Now it's happening in a new way and as the old fisherman tells us in the video boat owners from the Shields not allowed to fish in traditional areas and catch traditional fish like mackerel anymore while a big Dutch ship can sweep everything up. Local boat owners are being offered EU money to burn their boats.

    2. Madness is only the thin end of the wedge. Now they're planning to recruit half a dozen or so Balkan States, countries that can barely get along at the best of times, and eventually countries like Turkey (still in illegal occupation of Northern Cyprus), Ukraine, Moldavia, Georgia . . .
God knows where it will all end. 40 countries with 35 different languages and I don't know what else. All kept in order by the Model EU Army of Macron-Merkel-et al. Surely the road to disaster. Or am I missing something?

    3. I believe Macedonia recently even have to change the name of their country to North Macedonia avoid a Greek veto when the time comes for the 27 to decide who's in and who's out. Imagine that. Looks like they should've changed it to Absurdistan.
