  1. Gwil - I suspect that we don't know the half of what goes on behind the scenes.

    1. If we know only half of what's behind the scenes we're doing quite well. Edward Snowden addressed a gathering in Innsbruck yesterday on the subject of Big Brother and this morning's newspaper had much on the theme of arbitrary internet censorship. While Trump is in power they dare not overstep the mark too often but when he's gone what then? Will we be left to the mercy of the only left is good people?

  2. There was an interesting programme on BBC4 the other day looking at science documentaries made 40 years ago. The reporters would always start "scientists believe ... " and it was assumed they were right and never challenged on air. It is now the case that it has been proved that most of the time they were not right. I wonder how much we are now being told by scientists is, once again, going to be proved to be wrong in 40 years time. The only difference this time is that it is going to have cost each and every one of us a lot of money as individuals led by governments who are brainwashed into believing what the scientists say. Long live Graham Hancock and those like him. Thank you for sharing the video. I know I went a bit off at a tangent but it struck me as along the same lines.

    1. If you want a laugh go to youtube and look at 'The Megalith of YangShang' and see what experts say! We are more than ever being told here in the traditional Kafkaesque way that 'experts state' this or that or 'experts tell us' this or that but the identities of these 'experts' are and/or who they work for or where they do work is strangely never mentioned. I suspect there may be too many 'experts' in Brussels. And that's my expert opinion.

    1. Thank you CT.

I was very well pleased and I hope to have some photos in a few days, including one of the trotting pony Elton John.
