  1. I just love these Spring flowers which always seem to emerge overnight and give us a surprise. Take care. x

    1. We’ve had such a mild winter that everything is growing like crazy this year!

  2. Our flowers are mostly on the fruit trees, otherwise there are Cowslips and Dandelions but not much else.

    1. We’re a few weeks way from cowslips and our dandelions are also not here yet. The apricot blossom had been and gone. You can see some bits of it on the ground in the middle picture.

    1. It’s an amazing year for primroses. They’re everywhere. I don’t think I’ve ever seen as many.

    2. The ones I have seen are as good as they always are. I think we are a good county for primroses.

  4. Yes it is. Normally our primroses are buried under snow and the few we get are small and sad looking. This year they are big plentiful and beautiful. Perhaps some other surprises the wild flowers have in store for us. I think we can say on Vienna we’ve had a year without a winter.

  7. 100,000s of masks en route from China to Italy ‚disappear‘ in two EU countries. Medical supplies en route to Austria blocked at neighbouring EU border. True character of EU nations emerging?

    1. Every nation for himself. EU irrelevant in Hungary. Orban seeking unlimited powers from Hungarian parliament today.
