Britain Goes to the Polls

It's a serious business and the country is deeply divided.

Here's the leading candidate on his way to the polling station.

A bit of humour on what is an important day for Britain (albeit from a defranchised Welshman with no dog in the fight).

Hope it goes well today in Blighty during this the season of goodwill.

I shall now make a pot of tea and take a look at  Rachel's view of the situation.
Yesterday I watched a sky news video in which Farage hoped for enough BP
seats to make a deal with the Tories.

  1. I think there could be some strange results with people voting Brexit Party. I hope there will be an hung parliament and Labour and the SNP form a coalition government. It's time to sort out the Eton mess.

    1. Ah, Dave you speak of
      "the usual faeces" (Dylan Thomas)

  2. Thanks Gwil. At least we will both still reside in two EU countries next year. Boris will only keep the UK in another ten years if he's lucky enough to negotiate Brexit so soon.

    1. Just back from delicious Chinese meal. Now I'm staying up for the exit polls and early trends. Some dogs being walked in the rain and a couple of nuns is all I've seen so far, apart from the usual suspects.
