It's good to check.




I decided to check.

 The result was as exactly as I expected.

 One of my two mail addresses (my global one on the far side of the pond) had been hacked.

 I've closed the account.

  My other had not.

 I'm glad I checked.

    At this time of year anything that says hacked and open here I regard as a trick and will lock my computer so I do nothing.

      I discovered LinkedIn had been hacked and I've taken remedial steps.
